Originally called the South Building when built in 1870, this structure has housed the Chapel, a library, a museum, the Conservatory of Music, a theater and classrooms. It was renamed Dickie Hall, and after its most recent renovation/addition: Kellogg Center.

ALBION, MICH JUNE 7, 1913 In 1911 "The Sweetheart of Sigma Chi" was written by two undergraduates of Albion College in the building. Byron D. Stokes wrote the words and his fraternity brother F. Dudleigh Vernor, wrote the music. It was written for the 25th Anniversary Reunion of Alpha Pi Chapter of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Note: Am at Albion selling tickets. Took in $425 yesterday. Will sell more today. We are coming out pretty well in track and baseball. - Go home tonight.
